Social Media Rebrand for TalX

Associate Creative Director for Sago Student Agency

Client Ask: 

Create a social media plan for the launch of TalX, an inclusive communication app that has no marketing team or staff with social media experience.

My Tasks: 

  • Execute copywriting tasks for a brand guideline, social media strategy presentation, and a month-long content calendar

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to create original brand elements to ensure consistent and cohesive feed posts

  • Delegate creative tasks to a team of 10 through weekly agendas over 5 months

Social Media Strategy Presentation

Our team presented a social media strategy designed to grow our client's social presence and credibility through intentional messaging, visual branding, and authentic community engagement. Highlights included lists of hashtags to use and communities to interact with to appear on the target audience's feeds.

Content Calendar

Our team delivered a content calendar consisting of one month of ready-to-publish posts. We also provided editable templates for future use when the brand acquires more photo and testimonial material. I additionally created a guide for how to execute a balanced feed by providing ratios for the use of image vs. graphic posts, and a rotational system for the use of content pillars.
