Talx App - Social Media Rebrand

Role: Associate Creative Director for Sago Student Agency

2025 - Work done in Tampa, Florida, and the client is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Client Ask: 

Create a social media plan for the launch of TalX, an inclusive communication app that has no marketing team or staff with social media experience.

My Tasks: 

  • Execute copywriting tasks for a brand guideline, social media strategy presentation, and a month-long content calendar

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to create original brand elements to ensure consistent and cohesive feed posts

  • Delegate creative tasks to a team of 10 through weekly agendas over 5 months

Our team constructed a social media strategy designed to grow our client's online presence and credibility through intentional messaging, visual branding, and authentic community engagement.

Content Calendar

Our team delivered a content calendar consisting of one month of ready-to-publish posts. To promote future growth, we provided editable templates for future use when the brand acquires more photo and testimonial material.
